The year 2024 was marked by the collaboration and external launch of DNA Next. As of January 22, 2024, DNA Next was launched, and DCTerra, Noorderpoort, and Alfa College stepped out of mutual competition. The sales activity of LLO is positioned within DNA Next, where the execution, delivery, and development of educational programs take place in the ROCs. On June 1, Saskia Visser started as the director of DNA Next.
Positioning DNA Next is an important first step towards further collaboration in the field of LLO. We have identified strategic core sectors where the biggest challenges lie for employers and the labor market. For each core sector, a focus team has been assembled in which the relationship managers work closely together. The relationship managers assess the training needs of employers and translate this into an appropriate training offer.
